The format for the 2012 FPA Distributor Awards has been changed to recognise the limited time distributors were able to give in order to provide the customer and other information needed to conduct the research used to determine the winners of the previous awards.
 
The aim of the new format is to encourage all FPA Manufacturers to participate in determining the winner of each award and to include all FPA Distributors in the scope of the awards.

The process has been greatly simplified to encourage all our manufacturer members too take part in this process.
 
All we require is for you to nominate 3 FPA Member National Distributors and 3 FPA Regional Distributors and place in order 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

We also ask you to state in your own words why you feel your 1st choice for each would be worthy winners of the award. This will help provide some feedback to our distributor members.

Please make your choice on the basis of how you feel distributors have performed in the last 12 months with respect to:

• Their desire provide exemplary service to their customers
• Their ability to work closely with their customers and feedback relevant information to you
• Their desire to make their customers aware of new products  
• The ease of doing business with them
• The product and customer knowledge of their staff

Please make your nominations by 20 February either by emailing FPA administration or completing online by clicking this link.

Either way, strict confidentiality applies and no member of the FPA will know how your individual responses. Once your responses have been recorded your email or on-line response will be deleted.

As mentioned, the aim is for every FPA member manufacturer to participate in this award so please do spare a few moments to take part.
